I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though old and a bit depressing, were comfortable and clean. However, they looked nothing like the pictures provided. The service was a highlight, with friendly and helpful staff, especially Emily who spoke excellent English. The location was superb, right on the beach and close to the town center and harbor. On the downside, the quality seemed a bit low for a four-star hotel. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
